PRE PAID RATES UNDER CONTRACT

Vessels not pre-paid, add $15.00 per day, vessels not under contract, add $75.00 per day

DRY STORAGE ON WAYS in work yard, pre-paid with 5 day minimum . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $40.00/day

                Plus hook-up fees, metered charges for utilities, and other services as they apply.

                Monthly discounts may be applied when pre-paid – pay for first 20 days of a full calendar month only

Parking for boat trailer or small boat on trailer (up to 19 ft, 3 month minimum pre-paid) . . . . . . $80.00/month

Parking for boat trailer or small boat on trailer (20 to 29 ft, 3 month minimum pre-paid) . . . . . . $200.00/month

Re-launch for vessels on ways must be scheduled in writing at least 14 days prior, full daily charges apply until launch, even if launch is delayed by yard schedule or equipment failure. PAYMENT FOR LAUNCH AND ALL OUTSTANDING CHARGES MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS, AND MUST BE PAID WHEN LAUNCH IS SCHEDULED  Fee for missed launch is $100.00, All lift charges, including missed launch, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday are double.

OUTSIDE SERVICES

Outside contractors providing services for your vessel while in our workyard will be charged a surcharge based on a percentage of the job, and/or a minimum rate of $ 40.00 per person per day.

TRASH REMOVAL

$100.00 minimum fee, plus $10.00 per item or $1.00 per pound which ever is greater, plus $2.00/round trip mile, plus posted labor rate, plus applicable dump fees at cost +30%.

Hazardous or Class III trash subject to a minimum $175.00 documentation fee, plus placard fees and special assessments.  Storage charges will apply. All Hazardous or Class III removed by outside contractors, cost +30%+ $300.00

TRASH REMOVAL pre arranged

All clean up and disposal costs for paint chips, paint drips, grinding and sanding dust, and the like will be charged at cost + 25%, plus transportation, + $75.00 per hour for clean up.

Work yard Materials not supplied by Jean Street Shipyard, Inc. will be charged an assessment fee when brought into the yard

ALL PAYMENT MUST BE IN CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS.  NO VESSEL WILL BE LAUNCHED OR RELEASED FROM MARINA UNTIL ALL CHARGES ARE PAID IN FULL.  Our policy is firmly, NO CASH - NO SPLASH

Rates in this publication are estimates actual charges may vary from vessel to vessel and rates are subject to change without notice

Unless otherwise noted, ALL PER FOOT CHARGES ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE ABSOLOUTE LENTH OVERALL (LOA), inclusive of bow sprints, dive platforms, engine gears, and the like, or the length of any wet slip being used, which ever is greater.
